3) What is needed for programming and debugging in Labview ARM processor on board Zynq-7000?

4) Acquisition of drivers for each FPGA done separately or included in Labview FPGA and Labview Embedded?

Hi there, unfortunately FPGAs that are not inside of NI hardware can be programmed with NI software; you can use this academic resource instead. Here you can find more information regarding NI LabVIEW Embedded Module for ARM Microcontrollers.

You should definately contact you local sales rep. on this, see if you can get more info.

Though there is no support for Zinq yet, it has been demoed, and last year at NIWeek embedded raodmap session, it was mentioned as still being on the road map for future products.
