FPGA Compilation Server says "Communication Error"

Hello, I have been trying to find an issue with my LabView Project for around two days now. The issue has been described in the title. When compiling the FPGA, the compiler gives me a warning that there is a "communication error." Here are errors and my solutions to what I have already tried:

Error 1: Labview installed incorrectly

My Solution: I have LabView 2011 System Developer Suite. The disks I have are: Labview Platform 2011 (2 disks), 2011 Drivers, Labview Platform 2011 SP1, 2012 Drivers, NI Developer Suite 2011 (3 disks), another 2011 Driver disk, Developer Suite 2012 (3 disks), and another 2012 Driver disk. I have tried twice to install it in the correct order. Starting with Labview 2011, 2011 drivers when prompted, 2011 SP1, 2012 drivers when prompted, and 2012 Developer Suite, and again 2012 drivers when prompted.

Error 2: Xilinx not correct

My Solution: I have Xilinx 10.1 and 12.4 installed.

Error 3: Correct Drivers for cRIO 9073 are not installed

My solution: I have NIRIO 4.0,4.1, and 14.0.1 installed along with NIcompactRIO 14.0.1 installed.

I cannot seem to find why the FPGA will not connect to the NI 9073 cRIO. If anyone has any suggestions on what I could be doing wrong or if I missed something please let me know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached screenshots of my NI MAX window and software helper to verify all the software I have installed.

You are working with software almost a decade old.  You are probably running on an Operating System that is similarly "ancient" (Windows 7 is the most "recent" OS to support LabVIEW 2011).

It can be tricky enough getting FPGA code to compile and run with LabVIEW 2019 ...
