Charlie,
the error explanation for error 63 also says "LabVIEW: The
network connection was refused by the server.". Investigate into this
error message. I guess that your LabVIEW application (TCP/IP function),
for whatever reason, looses the connection to the server while you are
communicating. The problem could also occur, when the server you're
connected too stops working.
