P.S. I have been using and buying Labview for a number of years now.... So I guess I knew what to expect.
I suggest you search the forum for others problems, they seem to come down to not understanding the specifications clearly. Or understanding how to match specifications to hardware. i.e.The counters capability on the higher spec. model or the analog output. Or the overall analogue throughput.
It's a low cost device but I think it fills its place well. Strongly recommend the prototyping areas as well as you will probably neeed some conditioning circuitry due to the cost effective analogue input ranges.
