Executing a sequence and reading data from Temp. Contro., Current source, Nanovolt meter

I basically want integrate three instruments(Temp. Contr. , Current source and Nano volt meter). I am trying to make a VI that will generate a sequence and execute it. Sequence contains,
1. Setting temperature
2. Wait until it stabilizes to set temperature.
3. Read current, nano voltmeter and temperature.

Also display a graph of Voltage v/s Temperature.
Store the reading in a file.

I would have the VI matching this problem. Or like to know about the people how did this.

Are you wanting someone to write the code for you? Generally the people on the forum are willing to help with coding. Writing a project from scratch is too much like doing someone else's work. If you need this kind of help, you will probably need to find a LV programmer contracter. There are several that use the forum and you can find a list at www.ni.com/alliance .


The structure for the VI you describe can be implemented with a sequence structure. I recommend digging through the shipping examples for coding ideas. You can find it by opening LabVIEW >> help >> find examples. You may also want to see the LV user manual. It is found by opening LabVIEW >> help >> search the labview bookshelf.

Hello Jeremy

I don't want anyone should write code for me. I am going to finish the job in some 3-4 weeks. I was tring to search VI's ressembling my problem. Or wanted to know about the people who did this, so that I can ask for some help in case I face some problem.

Any way would like to share my project, as soon as I finish it.
