When you use the application builder in LabVIEW, the executable that it
creates relies on the runtime. As such, you must install the LabVIEW
runtime on the target PC.
This reliance is similar to applications that you create with Visual C++,
that rely on a set of DLLs that need to be installed on the target PC.
