Excel sheet protection

i have generated excel sheet using report generation. Now i don't want my user to make any changes in that excel file. So, i want to locked my excel without using password.

How about setting it to read-only? Unless you want to use a password, that's your only option.

Then your only option, as Mike stated, is to protect the entire sheet with a password. Once that's done you can "unprotect" those cells you DO want your user to change.
