@jls wrote:Hello,I have not heard of this problem. So, it worked with 7.1, you upgrade to 7.1.1, and certain features are broken, but only on a 10.4.2 machine, and not a 10.3.9 machine. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling? I know that's a bit arduous, but for something like this I think it's worth a try. Perhaps something happened after your 7.1 install that affected the 7.1.1 upgrade. In this case, performing them one after the other may yield the correct behavior.Definitely repost if the uninstall/reinstall doesn't work, and we'll explore other options!Thank you,Best Regards,JLS

I don't use labview in OS X, but lots of my other OS X apps have been doing odd things when I did an archive and install of Tiger. For example Windows Media Player would start to run and crash. I ended up having to throw away it's prefs file. I had a few other plist files and prefs files that I had to toss out to get different apps to work when I upgraded to 10.4
You may want to toss the prefs or plist files and see if that helps.
BTW, how is Labview on OS X? I haven't used it on the mac since OS 9
