There is no data dependency bewteen the sequence structure on the left and the producer/consumer loops on the right of your (much too large) diagram. Thus the loops on the right may be executing before the file dialog on the left executes. The first dialog may be a result of the Write to Measurement File VI executing with the "selected path" local having a value of "empty path."
