Error while compiling MIB directory

I am managing a UPS using a SNMP toolkit, while compiling a MIB ( management information base) directory i am getting error in compiling a rfc1628 ( rfc for  UPS)  as  " unlinked OID" for all the Objects. How do i link the UPS objects to the MIB directory and get MIB directory complied?
