Error when adding Custom device menu In XML configuration for NI Veristand

I can't add shortcut menu in my custom device tree in NI Verisatnd  . When i make right click to add an input it show me the error at the location file is wrong or file was deleted  . Do you have any solution to resolve this ??

The main causes are: VI renamed, wrong Build Specifications or XML file that does not match your settings.

I have verfied that the possible raisons are not the problem  but it show me the following error 1162  "one or more tags are missed" .I thing the configuration LLB because i can't see my VI in the configuration tree. so what do you think about this ?
