Error installing LabVIEW 2020

I get a very cryptic error when installing LabVIEW 2020. I actually tried installing both LabVIEW 2020 and LabVIEW 2020 SP1 and got the same message. I have attached a file showing the message since the characters are bizarre.

 

I already have LabVIEW 2019 and LabVIEW 2018 installed on this computer.

I don't think this has anything to do with your problem, but maybe the message is like that because you're trying to install a localized version of LabVIEW on an English system?

 

Edit:

Sorry, let me clarify.  I don't know if that is what you are attempting.  I should've worded it like:

"Maybe the issue with the garbled message is a localization issue.  Are you trying to install a localized version of LabVIEW on an English system?"

I am just doing a generic install. It is just LabVIEW and the FPGA tools.
