Error from Web Service Installer: Systemlink Message Broker Could not be Installed

Spent 4 long days on this.

And the installed web service does not work!

The installation goes to 93% then rolls back to ~60 percent with that error showing. 

SystemLink message broker could not be installed. 

Any advise on a solution for this?
