Error When Using FTP to Access cRIO Files

when i open my crio 9045 logfile using ftp format this error come out. have any suggestion to overcome? Using labviw 2017 and compactrio 17.6 thanks.

do you have access permission?

Does the cRIO even run the FTP server?

Which tool do you use for FTP access?

Thank you for your feedback. Yes i have access ftp permission and crio is running FTP server  I acess using pc to access the ftp. I can acess ni using ftp but when i want to deleted the old logfile from ni logfile folder the above error come out. The old logfile have more than 50 file inside the ni logfile folder.

I have try to deleted the logfile using the ni web remote file browser but also cannot fatal error come out as attachment
