Error 7 ocurred at Open File +.vi:Open File

You're going to have to provide some more information than that for us to be able to help you..  a jpg or a vi would make it possible for us to diagnose your problem

Error 7 is "File not found".

Are you trying to create a new file? Check your path and and file open mode (open, create, open or create, etc.)  For example if you set the mode to "open", the file must already exist.
