Error #3: memory.cpp, line 563. NOT using Delete from Array

I recently started to get a crash during call to IMAQ Linear Averages, although this code used to work. I get the message:
Memory is full.
VI “xxx.vi was stopped at node 0x19288 of subVI “yyy.vi”
I push OK in response. The program halts. After quitting Labview, I get a message:
Error #3: “memory.cpp”, line 563
Labview version 6.1
For assistance in resolving this problem, please record the preceding information and navigate to www.ni.com/failure, or contact National Instruments.
This web page attributes the message to a bug in using “Delete from Array”, but I don’t use this function. What else can cause the crash? Note that the Windows (XP) Task Manager says that the memory is not full, and usage hardly changes at the time of the crash.

Does this happen consistently? Have you changed your system before this began?...like new SW installation or driver version? If nothing has changed and this is repeatable...could you send in a small portion of code that reproduces this...that way I can send it into the R&D department.
