Hi, anyone with any idea how to solve this issue?

Well, you need to simply install the drivers.

 

(We typically can provide much better help with a bit more information: LabVIEW version (looks like 64bit)? Installed drivers? Source of the program? Did it work before? etc. )

No, it is just newly installed. Does you driver means driver for the USB-blaster or Ni-Visa as shown in here NI-VISA Download - NI

Possibly both.  But if your system recognizes the USB-Blaster, you probably already have the driver installed.

Yes, I installed the USB blaster using quartus. Guess I will install the Ni_Visa first to see what happen will update about it.
