EpicsCASServer

Hello,

This .vi works well with LabVIEW 2011 (32), but when I check it with LabVIEW 2018 (64), I get an error of "Check registration of EpicsCASServer".

Any suggestions!

did you try the suggestion I gave you last week?

Best regards,

your suggestion of last weak was not helpful in such a case, I solved that problem by installing an additional driver. but the current is a different issue.

Hi BaJa,

can you attach the original LV2011 version of your VI?

Again you are trying to setup communication to some other software using a 64bit version of LabVIEW instead of the older 32bit environment…

The attachment in your first message was saved with LV2018.

I repeat: Can you please upload the (original) LV2011 version of the VI?

GerdW

Hi BaJa,

as anticipated you are using an old ActiveX component, so my previous suggestion still is valid: use a 32bit LabVIEW environment to communicate with those old 3rd party software!

Best regards,
GerdW
