Edit-time right click shortcut menu plug-in - Override palette menu

Is it possible to override the edit-time right click palette menu when when right clicking on an empty area of a front panel or block diagram, either with a key modifier (such as Ctrl + right click) or always?

The LabVIEW Shortcut Menu Plug-Ins tool allows he Affected Items' VI Server Class to be a panel type, but the palette menu always takes precedence.

Alternatively, is there a way to register a shortcut key combination to launch a specific VI while in edit-time?

Hi Matt,

You are not able to completely rearrange the palette menu without changing things such as the LabVIEw INI file but you are able to customise your 'Favourites' in order to populate a palette with the functions that you use often. 

However if you are looking to completely customise it, bear in mind that changing the INI file may be reverted back to the original if LabVIEw experiences an update.
