ECG & EEG Wf simulators isuess

Dear all,

I Installed ECG & EEG Waveform LabVIEW Simulators LLB´s.

When I try to open Simulated ECG.vi, LV can’t find ECG.vi. (Me neither). Shouldn't there be included in ZIP file?

Another issue occurs with the 1 lead EEG data.vi. When I try to use, it gives me an “Unable to view properties” popup. However, 19 lead EEG.vi, work fine.

Thank you for your help

Hi there,

Where did you get these "ECG & EEG Waveform LabVIEW Simulator LLB's"?  Were they downloaded from ni.com?  Part of a toolkit?

I also suggest that you visit the NI Biomedical User Group here:  http://decibel.ni.com/content/groups/biomedical-user-group

The examples are from this Developer Zone article.

I did not have the error you saw with the "1 lead EEG data" if I just opened the VI directly from the library rather than trying it via the palette. Looks like the Express VI may not have been configured correctly.

Hi Steve, smercurio_fc

Yes, “1 lead EEG data" open directly from the library, but from the palette.

I´m sorry, I forgot to show the source.  As Smercurio_fc correctly point, I download both files, from the “ECG & EEG Waveform LabVIEW Simulators” article.

Opening “subSimulated ECG.vi” included inside “Simulated ECGSource.llb” show  lack of subVI “ECG.VI”.
Here is the link
http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/6189

 Any other suggestions?
Another source where download from?

I'll see if I can find who supports these examples - sounds like we need an update.

There is a KnowledgeBase about Biomedical Startup Kit that maybe would advise you.

Where Can I Find the ECG VI for LabVIEW?

The kit is available for LabVIEW versions 8.2 and 8.5 for Windows.

Hello Wellington,

Thank you for your answer. As you can see in the pictures, that there exist at least two version of “(sub)simulated ECG.vi.” First, came from BME (LV8.2 and LV 8.5).The second one, is the (missing) version from ECG LabVIEW Simulation, which appear to be a more complete, and interesting version, with a lot of additional features.
I need to get the second one.

Hey biomedical folks:  please join our new NI Biomedical Users Group located here:  http://decibel.ni.com/content/groups/biomedical-user-group

There is a discussion forum (just for biomedical application stuff), links to great related content, and Wiki or document area where everyone can post example code, VIs, etc.

The developers of these biomedical VIs will be actively monitoring this user group.
