Durability.com and Rainflow Counting

I'm working on a project that needs to implement the Rainflow Counting algorithm to the ASTM-1049 standard.

I found this LabVIEW toolkit that implements the algorithm.

I apply for the 3 day evaluation and I get an autoreply email saying I will be emailed a licence file. The link to download the SW doesnt work. I've tried to contact Railflow support and also Durability support and I get no response.

Does anyone know what has happened to this product and to Durability? because it looks like the lights are on but nobody is home.
