I, need the Tektronix TDS 694C (DSO) labview drivers

Try the driver for the 684 that you can get here. I think the biggest difference between the two is a higher bandwidth for the 694 and I also believe the driver is for all TDS6XX and TDS7XX models so you might not need to do any modification.
