Drivers for Chroma 6310 Load

Does anybody have some experience with the 6310 electronic loads from Chroma (Modelnummer is for Mainframe)
I have some problems with the labview drivers chroma provided, even if i belive it is more a problem of the unit than the driver. Chroma is currently trying to figure something out.
I know this is not really a Labview problem, but eventually somebody has already some experience with controlling the 6310 with Labview.

Hi Christian:

Have you tried the Chroma ATE 6310 Drivers from the National Instruments Instrument Driver Nework?

Check them out.

We are using Chromas on our current project. What kind of problems are you running into? What is your specific setup (LabVIEW version, Chroma module numbers, etc). I don't remember if we are using the drivers downloaded from the Chroma web site or those from NI's, can check.

The Drivers from Chroma and from NI's site are the same.

The problem is, that some I send to the load are not accepted, for example to set the time for the dynamic load it does not take any values between 1.000 and 9.999ms (means all values where the exponential is 0). Chroma told me today that this is a problem of their load, and that I have to send the value in seconds (the driver from chroma sends it in ms) so i have to update their driver.
It also doesn't mather which module is used. I have different types of modules in two 6314 mainframes.

I know its been 10+ years, but the link seems broken. Do you by chance have the drivers with you that you could share? I searched the chroma website and can find drivers for the A valriant only and this doesnt detect the old mainframe.

Thanks!

Hi Sujit,

have you looked for the driver in the IDNet?

There's an old Chroma6310 driver from 2005…
