Download LabVIEW

Hello, I try to download LabVIEW many times since 1 week but in every case, there is this message which appear on my screen. It tell that there is an error during a packet installation and the window ask me for check my internet connetion but I have a good connection. If someone has ever had this problem please HELP ME it's very important for my school project.

Is this during download or during install?

I can't read that, but it looks like a dialog we've seen a lot of lately.

Check your LAN ethernet adapter settings for IPv6 vs. IPv4.  There is a bug in the current installer that if your ethernet port is not set to have an IPv4 address, you'll get a dialog that looks like this and tells you to check your internet connection.
