Does anyone know about a program call BMD - Premise

I am having issue with BMD and it show floor plans. The company insist it is not the Premise software but more or less the NI LABView that is requiring admin rights to run it... Has anyone heard of this?

I've never heard of this.  Is it some application written in LabVIEW by some other company?  Is it requiring you to have the LabVIEW development environment, or just the run-time system installed.  I think you'll need to contact them any issues you have.
