Does anyone have a VI for a Solartron 1470E?

Does anyone have a VI for a Solartron 1470E, or have its command language? Solartron is not very cooperative in helping customers program this instrument, and so will not give out the command language. Makes one wonder why anyone would buy a 1470E...

Unfortunately, I cannot find a driver for that instrument either.  If you know the command set, you can use either the VISA API or, even easier, the Instrument I/O Assistant in LabVIEW.  Check out this link for more information on both of these options.
