Does Deactivate License = Uninstall Software For Licensing Purposes?

I'm using LabView 8.0 at work licensed for a single user. I would like to remove it from one of the three computers that I have it on and install it on a different one. Can I simply deactivate the license on one, or do I have to completely remove it? I would hate to have to go through the 8.0.1 upgrade again because of the lengthy mass compile process if I ever wanted to install LabView on that computer again.

You can simply deactivate the license and install the software on another computer and activate it there
