The grid of the 3d graphs are always square but you can make your data appear rectangular with padding tricks. The simplest is to turn off auto scaling on the axis. Right click on the graph >> cwgraph3d >> properties. Click on the axes tab and then range.
In a less nice workaround, you can also add dummy data to the good data in such a fashion that dispalying the data results in a rectangle.
