What is the difference between concatenation enabled and disabled in Build Array?

come on: this is the 5th or 6th question on how specific (array) functions work…

And like I said in another thread: EXPERIMENT.  Open up LabVIEW and play around with the functions to see if they do what you think they should.  This is a nearly daily exercise in the real world for me.
