I am looking for the same for gmm48 and dmm16, I have tried using the call .dll functions from the dscud.dll api drivers, unfortunatly I cannot get past the dscDIOOutbyte to actually switch on an output. So far the each call function I have written returns a 0 giving me the impression all is fine. Are you having any luck in finding the driver yet.
