Depolying cRIO using USB instead of Ethernet?

Hello, 

I'm not allowed to put a cRIO on the corporate network and struggling to find a stand alone laptop. Is there any other way to download compiled code to the cRIO?

Hi Tom,

Why don't you just temporarily unplug your computer from the network and plug the cRIO directly into your computer. If you do this you will have to use a crossover cable and give your computer a static IP address.
 
The other way you might be able to do it, note I haven't tested this, is to a USB to Ethernet Adapter. If you do this you may need to disable your network card anyway... so you might as well go for the first option.
