Delete (File) Bug: Confirm input ignored (oops your hard drive is deleted)

In LabVIEW 8.2, it appears that the Delete file primative has a nastly little bug, in that it ignores the confirm input, which is supposed to present an OK/Cancel confirmation dialog box to the end user, before deleting the file (or folder)!

Yes, this is a known issue and is filed under CAR ID: 41HDO7D5.

Although I am not at liberty to disclose precisely when the fix was or will be implemented, this should be a pretty trivial bug to fix, so we can probably speculate correctly.
