Delay problem

Solved!
Go to solution

Good... I think we will soon narrow down the problem soon and find out what is wrong with this.
-Are you able to use single stop button now?
-What is the problem now? Still not getting proper data?
-I think you are now getting data from two sensors. Still delay coming up?
-Please use clean up diagram or use code more structured way..it is all cluttered and not in proper order.

Edit:What about probe inside your onspatialdata and onspatialdata2.vi at user event data??

Thanks

Yes uday I am able to use single stop button now 😄

The problem is still the same, i get good data with no delay, but the data from both sensors goes together to just 1 graphic, instead of being separated in the 2 graphics, the data is the correct one, because I move 1 sensor and the amplitude changes, then i move the other sensor and the amplitude changes again, the problem is that both sensors are in the same graphic! The delay is not there anymore.

The values are different in onspatialdata and onspatialdata2.vi at user event data.

In your previous image, .netrefnum in 2nd event structure didn't run at all?? and how come you are telling that data is coming from two and added to same chart?
-I am confused..  Smiley Wink
-.netrefnum in 2nd event structure?(use probe)
-Different values at acceleration in two loops?(use probe)

Thanks

Is this better? I put the other one underneath now so it fits in my screen, hope its better and less confusing 🙂

Yeah it didnt run at all, I know the data is coming from two and added to same chart because when I move 1 sensor the amplitude goes up to 5g's, then I change sensor and move it also and it also goes up again to 5gs. It is measuaring the acceleration in gravitational force, so 1g=9,81 m/s^2 so it goes up to 49 m/s^2 because the sensors go to a maximum of 5gs. I know the chart reads both sensors because I tested it that way!

Going to probe things up again, updates soon!

Thank you uday 🙂

-See this looks lot lot better than all your previous code.
One quick thing, interchange the two sensors just to make sure everything is fine(to know other sensor is working or not properly!!!).
Am waiting for updates 😛

Thanks

Ok this is very weird:

probesmeng2.png

The netrefnum in 2nd structure doesn't run at all..... but when I move the sensor corresponding to the 2nd structure (serial number 122967) its data goes to the chart :S

And probe in acceleration doesn't run too(probe 6), I dont get this. How can they not run but when I move the sensor the data goes to the chart?

The software says 1 thing but the hardware says another lol !

Exactly what i expected...
-Please probe at onspatialdata2.vi at user event whether you are generating events or not?
-Can you just connect error wire of reg events to spatial on top of it to make sure data flow sequence.
Thanks

And this.. now i made the program run first the add the probes while it was running! The bottom loop does not execute anything :S And the top one does not execute the Net refnum(probe 12).

I interchanged the sensors and everything is fine, or the same I should say ^^

Thank you!

Like this?

openvi.png

Then I go to its block diagram and put the probes on there:

probespatialdata.png

Then I press run in the spatialtest4.vi and this shows!

I did on both now, onspatialdata.vi and onspatialdata2.vi.

probe 22 and 26 have same value. Is this bad?

EDIT: It doesnt show errors 😞
