Delay in saving data from Labview to MSSQL

What are the possible reasons for delay while saving data to Database developed in MSSQL, using LabVIEW 2019?To execute the attached code it takes 25 secs through Labview.But the same code in other PC takes very less time compared to this.

The PC,Labview version,MSSQL version etc.are same for both PCs.

Please don't share photos of your code.  Share the code itself (or a snippet at the very least) but never a photo.

If the computers are similar it must be some setting difference. Like Firewall, antivirus, gateway or network settings that differ. The code should and it's speed should be the same. I guess it's some sort of network timeout, maybe license check?
