Delay a sequence for a specific time.

Hi,
If I have two sequences, the first one is executed,
and I want the second sequence to wait about
2 seconds before executing next.
How can I do this?

Maybe you can use an additional sequence to control these two sequences. You can just simply put a delay in a frame before the second sequence is executed.
