Datasocket write crashed my executable

I’m glad to hear the application is working! Datasockets are rarely recommended by us. We occasionally use them for troubleshooting connectivity or as a workaround, but rarely as a preferred solution. I have seem more odd problems (crashes, hangs, sluggish performance) with datasockets when they’re used for a long time or more than 10-15 datasocket connections are used in a program. When communicating with OPC tags, using an IO Server is the preferred method.
