Database Connectivity Toolset

I am working through the manual to understand the functions. On page 3-12 the Block Diagram shows a RUN TEST (.vi ??) without explanation and a "Test Results Array". Is there suppose to be supplied examples buried in some .dll?

Though I was able to successfully TEST the Citadel connection there does not appear to be much information about accessing Citadel itself. Is there a better source of information?

Yes, there are several supplied examples with that toolkit. Select Find Examples from the Help menu, double-click the Communicating with External Applications in the task view, and double-click the Databases item.

The manual provides additional examples that are not included in the Examples directory but you can easily create those VIs using the diagrams and panels shown; especially after you've examined the shipping example VIs and understand the basic format of the database connectivity VIs.
