You need to provide significantly more detail and show us what you are doing, i.e. attach a small VI.

• There are many different types of FXP (signed/unsigned, length, integer length, etc.). Which one is giving you problems?
• How are you doing the conversion?
• What is your definition of "does not work"? (Broken wire, wrong result, program crash, computer crash, etc.)
