Data adquisition

I have a problem with adquisition time. I want to start scan when I see a edge (fall or rise) of a square signal. Then, I want save 100 samples of voltage with a HP34970A as faster as possible. What is the time between samples? How is possible control it, if I use the Labview to controll all?

In order to determine the scan rate of your HP34970A device and determine control methods for this apparatus, you will need to contact the vendor (HP) of the product.

I can only provide support with regards to LabVIEW and the hardware used to acquire/condition the data that's captured by your 34970A.
