Dani starter kit2.0

I had a problem with Dani robotics starterkit2.0.The problem was I build a VI on starterkit and click run as startup it works correctly and later I wrote another VI and build that on starterkit and click run as startup the kit works properly at first time after that when I off the master switch and then on it the kit working for first VI instead of second VI and again off-on the master switch it giving the second VI as output.
