DSC historcial and run time trends

Hello

I am using labview 2012 and communicating through OPC to s7-300plc.

I have got the communication done for the tags.

However I want to do the data logging for the same tags.

Kindly suggest the appropriate solution for real time and historical trends.

How many tags do you have?
Where do you want to store the data? File? Database?
How fast is the data coming in?
How long do you need to retain the data?

these are just three tags as it is a sample project.

i want to store the data on the client pc which will be different from developer pc.

data is coming in aprox 300ms.

and one year of data will be stored on FIFO bases.
