DMM resolution

I am getting 7ms for 31/2 digit,41/2 digit,5 1/2 digit and for rest as well , I am not seeing any changes in the time requires to measure the DMM . what should i chage in the VI so that I take minimum time to measure (I am checking what is the least minimum time requred to measure one DMM)DMM error.png

You could try turning off the AutoZero.  That will speed up your measurement, but will introduce a little bit more noise.

I don't know if it has improved, but in the past I had auto range issues years ago.  Maybe it was the signal but it would take a very long time to find the needed range.  So I wrote my own routine to get the range.  Knowing the expected signal to be read meant I had an advantage over the built in function and I was able to get a decent speed improvement.
