DFD Window FIR Design VI - Ensure LPF DC Unity Gain

Hi

The "DFD Window FIR Design VI" does not produce unity DC gain LPF filter designs for all design conditions - I have tried the "DFD Scale Filter VI" but none of the available scale types seem to have any effect on the magnitude response. I would be grateful if anybody could point out the error of my ways or an effective solution. I have attached a simple tester VI to illustrate my predicament.
