DAQPad 1200 problems on Windows 2000

I used DAQPad 1200 on Windows NT and everything was OK. On Windows 2000 and Windows Xp doesn't work. I installed last version of NIDAQ (6.9.3) and MAX doesn't recognize the board. Is there any solution?
A also try to use "Add/Remove hardware Wizard"but in the list which appeared there is no "Data Acquitision Hardware".
