Hello, I have Already done a project using Arduino, Now i am gonna do it Using DAQ 6008.
So my question is .. Can I connect the daq 6008 directly to a Relay and control it ?
or I need some components to do such work

Depends on your relay.  But most likely not.  Most DAQs with a DIO can only supply 4mA, which is definitely not enough to drive a mechanical relay.  You might be able to control some solid state relays.  You can look into relay drivers that take a TTL signal.

Like I said, you can probably find a driver chip or board that you can use to control your relay.
