Which DAQ hardware do u plan to use?
plus, when u say multiple samples from multiple channels, do u mean multimle channels on same card or across different cards??
If it is a single multifunction DAQ card that supports DAQmx that you are considering,
start with choosing relevant example from Help>>Find Examples>> hardware input output>>DAQmx>>analog measurement>>Voltage folder. Here, the program Cont Acq&Graph Voltage-Int Clk.vi, should best suit your requirement.
read its documentation to understand how to use it and also, how to configure/scan multiple channels on a single DAQ card
