Cycling through values with numeric indicators

How do you make the values displayed by two numeric indicators on a continuous run start at the same time but stop at different times? Each numeric indicator should cycle between a certain prespecified range of digits before stopping.

Sure. I want to press a "start/stop" button to begin the continuous cycling of values on both indicators. The indicators each display a random integer between 0 and 10. The number of cycles before stopping on each indicator should range from a random number between 10 and 30. The cycling on the indicators should start at the same time, but indicator 1 should stop before indicator 2.
