Hi, I have the following Hardware:
1. Crio-9076
2. Crio-9023
3. Crio-9014
I have used Crio-9046 and other crios in the past that allow for Real-Time Scan Mode and use of DAQmx, however none of the above listed chasis support neither Real-Time Scan Mode nor the use of DAQmx.
One of my senior told it is because it has only FPGA control. My question is how do we identify if it is only FPGA based system because I did not find any note mentioned in any of the Specification or Manual of the above chassis the programming mode section is simply missing.

DAQmx support for cRIO did not exist before the 904x/905x series and those are quite recent models. The supported models are listed in the knowledge base.

I worked with cRIOs of the 907x series: they do support the ScanEngine or the FPGA mode. And that is/was mentioned in their manuals… (I guess the same is true for those 901x/902x devices.)

All the sbRIO, cRIO and IC devices have a Scan Engine mode. Just checked the 9012 and 9021 which both have it too. Can't check for the 900x series, the first cRIO variant released by NI.
Only the cRIO-904x and 905x and some of the latest NI- Linux sbRIO support DAQmx mode.
