Creating invisible buttons on Pictures

Hi,

I am trying to import a picture from Autocad. And on this picture, I will need to create some buttons on specific locations within this picture. The buttons need to be invisible. Just like on a web page, when the mouse roll over, the 'Hand' cursor appear and users are able to click onto that location.

Is this possible in labVIEW?

Thanks

One of many solutions will be of using Picture Control's Mouse property node.
Please find attached example code for your reference 🙂

Thanks. This is what I am looking for.

One more thing is that, you are using Pic ring for the box for the mouse to roll in. However, I could not seem to be able to insert the pic into the pic ring. Whenever I do so, it the ring will be over-written. Is this the normal behaviour? Or I did not do it correctly?

Hi,

Have your picture/ image loaded into a separate picture control.
And, place the picture control (for mouseover) above the loaded image for mouseover effect and click & action.

Hope this will explains 🙂
