Creating an executable, (Mathscript?) library not loading NI_Gmath.lvlib etc. (LabView 2017)

I created an executable and my peers cannot open it due to a failure at startup - even after downloading the latest 2017 runtime engine. It does not load NI_Gmath.lvlib files. However, when I run the executable on the same computer that has LabView installed on it, it works.

It works on the development computer because the libraries it needs are already installed.

Create an installer.  This should include all the extra stuff you need to make it run.  I don't know if the installer is smart enough to tell you about any licensing involved, though.
